welcome to the miles nadal jewish community centre. we’re located in the heart of downtown toronto at the corner of bloor and spadina. the miles nidal jewish community centre is a magical hub where the community comes to learn, to teach, to grow, and to have a wonderful time together. check out our state-of-the-art fitness centre,where we have more than 90 group exercise classes each week,

as well as specialty fitness and wellness programs,such as boxercise, gravity, yoga, spin, and karate. there are tummies to mummies programs, personal trainers, massage, a running track, and also a brand-new gymnasium for basketball and other recreational activities. we also have one of the city’s only downtown saltwater pools,

with a full aquatics program, for children and adults. the miles nidal jcc is home to a suzuki music school, multiple choirs, musical institutes, a pottery studio, and our jewish film series, in the 280-seat al green theatre. if you’re interested in jewish culture, then check out our hebrew language classes, and our family holiday celebrations. for children, we host a variety of camps, after-school programs, and five schools, including childcare and preschool. adults of all ages can enjoy our lectures, fitness,

hi, my name is john webb. i have been coachingfor badminton for over 15 years. i am going to share some tips on how to play badminton. on walking through the basic selection ofbuying a badminton racquet, what we look for, watch out for. we start playing badmintonafter we learnt up holding a racquet from the sports centre which will be very clunkybig chunk metal and probably very weighed down. so, let me walk through what is theimportant thing before buying a badminton racquet. most racquets now weigh between 75 and 95grams. germany made over carbonyl graphite for good torque in the racquet. some racquetsalso are wide bodied which acquisitions the air resistance which makes your shots a lotquicker. you also importantly want to be looking fortwo-piece or one piece racquet which means narrow big clunky metal join there, but thewhole flows through, one piece metal looks lighter. it has got a good strength and actuallyit has good connecting energies when you're hitting a shot quicke...
